Featured in Physics World

This month, Physics World magazine has published a feature article focusing on our founder Lia and the technology underpinning Zero Point Motion.

Physics World is the membership magazine of the Institute of Physics (IOP) – a leading professional body and scientific society working to advance physics for the benefit of all.

The monthly magazine covers stories that are of interest to its global readership within the scientific community, from new discoveries in pure physics to breakthroughs in technology.

Physics World’s recent feature entitled “The physicist unlocking navigation technology” describes Lia’s journey towards founding Zero Point Motion and explains the mechanism behind how optical inertial sensors work. It also touches on how similar technology has already transformed physics, through LIGO’s detection of gravitational waves, and outlines the wide range of applications for Zero Point Motion’s chipscale sensors.
